Keeping up beat

It is vital at this time of year to stay active and up beat. One can easily slide into the depression and feel down at this time of year. Stay active, stay positive and keep busy. Eat the write foods and exercise as much as possible. It is also a good time of year to phone friends and family that you would not have contact with on a regular basis. Do things this time of year that you can not do at other times of the year.
